Cancellation Policy
At Flutter With Kerri, your time is valued and I strive to provide the highest quality service to every client. To ensure fairness and maintain scheduling availability, the following policy is in place:
Card on File Requirement:A valid card on file is required to book and secure all appointments.
No-Show Policy:Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Cancellation Policy:Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee.
Late Arrival:Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Repeat Cancellations/No-Shows:After three (3) cancellations or no-shows, clients will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the service but will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Agreement:By booking an appointment with Flutter With Kerri, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
